Charming little accommodation with lovely setting just next door to the front garden of the owner's house, and center of town. Light room, nice bathroom, pleasant staff.

Crabapple Cottage was the perfect place for a cozy and comfortable stay. The well-equipped and fitted-out room had everything we needed, including a comfortable futon bed and a hot shower. The attractive interior and garden setting added to the overall charm. The location was extremely convenient, just a few seconds' stroll from the bustling High St. We even found some breakfast provisions provided, which was a pleasant surprise. The flexible and welcoming atmosphere made it easy to explore the town on foot.

    I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a charming cottage in Lewes, surrounded by a lovely garden. The host was friendly and provided me with a map to explore the beautiful countryside. I appreciated the delicious breakfast choices and enjoyed picking fresh apples from the fruit bowl. The bathroom, although small, was functional and the shower was hot. it was a delightful spot for a peaceful getaway.

The rooms were clean and light and beds - extremely comfy. The staff was pleasant, some of them especially. Its location so close to a leading gallery was marvellous...

Location: the hotel was right by town centre and railway station as well as local restaurants. Also, it was positioned just a pleasant stroll away from tourist spot like Priory Ruins.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the town centre and all its attractions. the cottage itself was cozy and clean, providing a comfortable and peaceful stay. One of the best aspects was the breakfast, which was absolutely delicious and satisfying. It offered a wide variety of options and definitely exceeded my expectations.

One thing that could be improved is the lack of replenishment for basic food items such as milk, butter, and snacks. the absence of net curtains on the windows meant that privacy was compromised, as you had to rely on pulling the curtains.

Our stay at Crabapple Cottage was wonderful. The location was perfect for exploring the area on foot and we felt very welcome and flexible during our stay. The facilities were bijou but comfortable, and we appreciated the breakfast food that was left for us. we had a great experience and would recommend this place to others.

I recently stayed at a charming B&B in a central location for my visit to Lewes. The room was spacious and had its own shower/toilet, which was very convenient. The cottage had a lovely Swiss chalet feel and was set in a beautiful garden. The decor was light and airy, creating a cozy atmosphere. The owner, Felicity, was incredibly helpful and even went out of her way to provide special breakfast items. The price was competitive and the room was well-lit with a comfortable bed. I couldn't have asked for more.

    Can recommend this hotel.

Convenient location, well-equipped cottage, comfy bed, hot shower, good breakfast choices. Easy to contact hosts, but they give you space. No complaints.

The location is very convenient, with good connections by train to nearby Brighton and Hove, and easy walking distance to the center of town. The bathroom is clean and the bed is comfortable. Guests appreciate the nice little touches like providing bread, butter, jam, milk. The hosts are easily contactable but give guests plenty of privacy.

The lack of on-site parking and the distance to the nearest public car park can be inconvenient, especially if you realize you left something in the car after unpacking.
